Finally got one. Cracked it (pretty straightforward) and am now using it. Have to say it is by far the best gadget I have ever owned - every bit as good as the hype. There are a few limitations but they are features I don’t use - so no skin off my nose.

The best thing about this is that it just works. As with all Apple hardware I just seem to be able to think ‘I wonder if it does this if I do that’ and the answer always seem to be yes. Extremely intuitive and well thought out.

The hacking process is simple but you do need a fair bit of software (and a reliable, unlocked, wireless service).

Can’t say enough about it - still quite a rarity in NZ so if you want to have a play just pop by.
